* If I Catch someone Shoplifting:

You Must try to Stop the Person if you Can...Take Note of the Time and Call the Police.

Than you have to Message The Incident in Details. So we can Look it up On our Cameras and Take Action. We Don't Tolerate Theft.

We Don't Allow Shoplifters Back into the Store. unless Advised by Management.

*Phone Cards can a customer Return them ?

DO NOT take any prepaid cards back if they are Scratched off. You Can't Make a Return on all Sales of Prepaid Phone and cellular Cards Unless Advised by Management.

*Western Union money Transfer Mistake:

First Try to Let Customer Call Western Union They Speak Hispanic.

*What if an Item Fails to Scan:

You Have to Look it up by Pressing the F 2 Lookup button and Find the Item by Name, UPC Code, Price.

*Change Runs Out ?

 Ask Customers if they Have More Change.

 if Possible one of the Employees will Have to Go Get Change From Ryans or any other Store but Keep in Mind  That Super Stop is out of Change so Try to get back as Soon as you can.

*What if I Suspect anything Negative on a Customer Cashing a Check?

Simply Don't  Cash the Check it's Not Worth the Risk.

*What if a Customer Complain about Something?

You will have to message Edd  and Try to get Customer Information if Possible.

*Incase of Robbery????

Stay Calm, Cooperate with Assailant with what ever they Demand.

*If the Cash Register Halts or No Response From the mouse?

Try to Restart the System, Inform Management &  Never let Customer Walk out without Buying What he Came For.

*Cash Drawer Doesn't Open after I Tender ?

Make Sure the Printer is Not Out of Paper.

*I Made the Wrong Money Order?

Simply Ring it up on your Register and Tender it as a Check

*Machine Goes Out!

Call The Company For Repairs, and Please inform Management Right away.

 *Big Lottery Winner ? But Not Enough Money to Cash it ?

You Can Use Money Orders. Just Make Sure you Write the Winner Name on the Money Order, Write the Reason is a "Lottery Winner" on Money Order. and Write on the Winner Claim Form Write the Payment Method is a Money Order.

*Vendor Bringing Merchandise in but no money to Pay him?

You can Use Money Orders. than you Make a Pay Out on your Register.
